As most of you know, The Purple Door purchased a building in late December to move
our store to. The store is located at 1425 S. Woodland Blvd in Deland, FL
The new location is 6.7 miles from our present location in Orange City.

It is a stand-alone building, which means we have our own parking lot with 12
parking spaces dedicated directly to us. There is also additional parking in the back
of the building.

It is right on the main thorofare of 17-92 north of Taylor Rd/15A and south of the
roundabout leading into downtown Deland.

We are presently working on renovations to get the store in order for business.
The new roof resurfacing has been completed to ensure there are no leaks in the
Building.

The offices of our parent company All Clear Screening Services are being set up with
fresh paint and floors.

Both bathrooms in the building were renovated with new floors, new toilets and new
vanities as well as a crisp paint job. We are excited to note that this building has hot
water for hand washing and cleaning of paint brushes and cleaning furniture.
Large plate glass windows in the front of the building have all been glazed to seal them
and ensure their security. (Thank you Steve & crew)

We have obtained a new display unit for our Dixie Belle paint products and transfers
and stencils. Soon to be installed will be a new chandelier just inside the entrance door
as a welcoming beacon. Painting of all the walls is on-going.

It is highly likely that we will be accepting consignment items and renting booth space to
Vendors.

Our expected move in time is mid to late April 2024. (Hoping for full city cooperation)

Dixie Belle has now combined the products of Slick Stick and Boss into a new product
called “Bonding Boss”. This can be used as a primer on any type of surface prior to
Painting.

As well as 7 new silk colors have come out and we have in stock.

As a reminder, we have a booth with Dixie Belle products at Nicoles Beach street Mall in
Daytona Beach (you guessed it on Beach St)
